Reviewer Practices
- It is the reviewers' responsibility to report any potential conflicts of interest concerning the articles under review;
- Reviewers must uphold the strict confidentiality of the submission;
- The review process must be conducted ethically, offering constructive criticism aimed at improving the article and demonstrating respect for the researchers' work;
- Journal deadlines must be strictly respected;
- Reviewers must notify the journal if they identify that the text has been partially or fully published elsewhere, or if they notice any indications of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or other unethical conduct.
- The Igapó journal publishes the names of the reviewers for each issue as a means of ensuring process transparency and acknowledging the work of evaluation. Certificates of review will be issued to reviewers upon request via the journal's email address.
